This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managing Director, located in Delhi, India. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the organization's strategic planning and operations, driving business growth, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring service excellence. The role involves leading and mentoring teams, negotiating with partner universities, planning and executing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Managing Director will also play a key role in representing the organization and expanding its presence in the global education sector.

• Leadership and management skills, including team building, decision-making, and mentoring capabilities
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning abilities
• Proficiency in business development, operations management, and scaling business ventures
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Extensive knowledge of the global education sector or overseas education domain, with a focus on medical education
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred
• Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role, preferably within the education or consultancy industry
• Proficiency in market analysis, budgeting, and financial planning
