Job Description

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Design and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and enhance engagement on YouTube.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Oversee video production, ensuring SEO best practices and high-quality educational content.
  • Audience Engagement: Build and nurture a community through interactions in comments, live streams, and polls.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze channel performance, audience metrics, and implement data-driven strategies for growth.
  • Collaborations: Work with internal teams and external influencers to drive campaigns and expand reach.
  • Monetization: Explore opportunities for monetization (ads, sponsorships, memberships) to generate revenue.

What Were Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in managing YouTube channels, content creation, and audience growth.
  • Strong understanding of YouTubes SEO, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for educational content and digital media trends.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and community-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in the edtech space is a plus.
