Job Location: Noida/Gurugram/Indore/Bangalore/Pune

Exp: 5-9 years

Qualification:

1. This role is for Business Consultant. He/She will be responsible for project management therefore it is important for the candidate to have in depth understanding of the WFM tools and project management experience.
2. Should have minimum 5 and maximum 9 years of experience in WFM role where the applicant has worked for all stages of WFM (Forecasting, capacity plan, roster & schedule)
3. Aptitude in creative problem-solving
4. Proficiency in MS Office
5. Familiarity with a wide selection of WFM software such as Verint, Genesis, Nice IEX etc. and databases.
6. Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
7. Should be confident and excellent in communication both written and verbal
8. Should be willing to work in an individual contributor role
9. Graduate in any discipline.
10. Certified Management Consultant is a plus
11. Must be willing to travel as per business requirement

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client's requirements
2. Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
3. Collecting information about the client's business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, reading reports etc.)
4. Analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
5. Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports
6. Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
7. Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
8. Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
9. Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues
10. Partner with Professional Services team to support project management from business capability standpoint.
11. Work as a business knowledge bridge between internal and external team.
