Inviting applications for the role of Manager , Workforce Data Admin
This role is pivotal in optimizing workforce performance through data-driven insights, process enhancements, and effective resource management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in workforce analytics, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
1.Workforce Data Operations:
oEnsure end-to-end accuracy in employee master data transactions (hires, exits, transfers, promotions, etc.) across global HRIS platforms (Workday mandatory).
oMaintain documentation and quality controls to ensure data compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
oManage ticket resolution via ServiceNow or similar tools ensure SLAs and turnaround times are met.
oDrive consistency and compliance across all employee master data activities.
2.Team Leadership:
oLead and coach a team of HR data analysts assign work effectively and ensure optimal workload balancing.
oFoster a culture of precision, accountability, and learning.
oSupport workforce planning, capability development, and retention strategies.
3.Stakeholder Management:
oAct as the liaison between business teams, HR, and IT for all data administration matters.
oDeliver periodic reports and insights to both internal leadership and the client.
4.Process Improvement:
oIdentify and implement improvements through automation, digital tools, and simplification initiatives.
oParticipate in UAT, change assessments, and documentation updates during system changes or upgrades.
5.Compliance & Risk Governance:
oEnsure strict adherence to data privacy, GDPR, and labour law compliance across workforce data activities.
oImplement internal controls to detect, prevent, and resolve data-related risks.
oLead audits, internal reviews, and remediation actions as needed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in HR Business, Data Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).
.Proven experience in Workforce Data Admin or a related role, with a strong background in leadership.
.Expertise in data analytics, reporting tools, and process automation.
.Proficiency in Excel, reporting dashboards, and basic automation tools.
.Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc is preferrable.
.HCM tool experience - Workday is mandatory.
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
.Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
.Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Certifications in leadership, data management, or project management.
.Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
.Experience supporting multinational clients or global workforce environments.
