Role Description The Manager role at Vidacta India is a full-time, on-site position based in Thrissur. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the campus, including academic coordination, student services, and administrative processes to ensure smooth functioning. Responsibilities include supervising staff, aligning schedules for language classes and training programs, and coordinating with German partners and stakeholders to maintain program quality and compliance. The Manager will monitor student progress and satisfaction, address queries from learners and families, and support recruitment and outreach activities such as seminars, events, and partnerships with educational institutions. This role also involves budget oversight, reporting to leadership, implementing process improvements, and upholding institutional policies, quality standards, and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in academic administration, training center management, or operations management, preferably in education or international programs.
- Strong people management skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff development.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities to manage schedules, resources, and multiple concurrent programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with students, families, faculty, and international partners.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, basic reporting, and use of office productivity tools and learning management systems.
- Ability to handle student counseling and guidance related to academics, career pathways, and overseas opportunities in a supportive and unbiased manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
- Experience in international education, healthcare training, or German language institutes is a plus; familiarity with German language or culture is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site full time in Thrissur and maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and learner-focused environment.
