Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing suitable solutions to drive business growth. The role involves field/client visits, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, acquire & onboard new clients to expand business portfolio.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to understand requirements.

Promote and sell company products/solutions as per client needs.

Generate leads through market research, cold calling & networking.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.

Resolve client queries and escalate issues for quick resolution.

Provide market insights and competitor information to management.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders & services.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

15 years experience in B2B sales / Relationship Management (industry-specific experience preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset.

Ability to travel frequently for client meetings.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
