Manager – Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose
The Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on Sourcing, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and timely hiring closures. The role will also support HR initiatives including PMS coordination, L&D activities, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Drive sourcing through portals, consultants, references, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.
- Conduct candidate screening, salary negotiations, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Build talent pipelines and manage vendor relationships for effective hiring delivery.
PMS & L&D Coordination
- Coordinate PMS activities including follow-ups, documentation, and review timelines.
- Support execution of training programs, onboarding, induction, and learning initiatives.
- Maintain PMS and training records, attendance, and reports.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Support HR operations including joining formalities, documentation, HRIS updates, and payroll inputs.
- Assist employees with HR-related queries and coordinate grievance handling when required.
- Ensure adherence to HR processes, timelines, and compliance standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and recruitment portals
- Strong follow-up, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist roles
- Experience in bulk hiring and multi-location recruitment preferred
- Exposure to retail, logistics, warehousing, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage
