Position : Factory HR Manager
Location : Wada- Bhiwandi
Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in Factory HR or Industrial HR roles.
Salary : Depends upon experience
Education : Any Graduate

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act compliance, payroll processes, and manpower
management.
- Experience working with blue-collar & supervisory workforce.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage large teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Management Oversee all HR activities at the factory including attendance, payroll coordination, leaves, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies on the shop floor. Hiring & Manpower Planning Plan and execute recruitment for workers, supervisors, technicians, and supporting staff. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Manage onboarding, orientation, and initial training at the factory. Employee Relations & Discipline Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and communication. Maintain discipline, fairness, and transparency across the factory. Conduct regular interactions with workers, supervisors, and team leaders. Compliance & Legal Requirements Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, factory act, ESI, PF, gratuity, and other statutory obligations. Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and government reporting. Ensure health & safety policies are followed at all times. Performance Management Coordinate performance evaluations and appraisal processes for factory staff. Create KPIs and performance tracking frameworks for different roles. Support training & skill development initiatives. Payroll Coordination & Attendance Manage attendance systems, shift schedules, overtime tracking, and leave records. Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for timely payroll processing. Ensure error-free documentation and verification. HR Systems, Processes & Documentation Build structured HR processes, SOPs, and documentation systems for factory operations. Maintain updated personnel files, contracts, ID cards, and compliance registers. Implement HR MIS reporting for management. HR Team Leadership Lead and guide the HR & admin staff at the factory. Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure smooth execution.
