Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the UI vision, strategy, and visual design standards across products
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UI designers and UI engineers
  • Establish UI best practices, component libraries, and design systems
  • Advocate for pixel-perfect, visually consistent interfaces across platforms
  • Oversee end-to-end UI design including high-fidelity mockups, style guides, and prototypes
  • Ensure design consistency and adherence to accessibility (WCAG) standards
  • Conduct design quality reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Partner with UX teams to translate wireframes into visually engaging UI screens
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate front-end implementation
  • Present visual concepts, themes, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with 2-4+ years in a leadership or principal role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI design, interaction patterns visual storytelling, and product UI work
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, AI-driven design tools).
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Next.js) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong understand of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), typography, grids, layouts, and design systems.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
