Manager -Upstream planning

Role Responsibilities:

1. Execute MRP to ensure timely material availability and optimal stock levels across the supply chain.
2. Manage PR to PO conversion, address MRP exceptions, and coordinate with suppliers for delivery commitments.
3. Collaborate with planning leaders, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve stock discrepancies and improve replenishment efficiency.
4. Act as the primary liaison with suppliers and contribute to supply chain digital tool enhancements and SIM2 participation.

Key Deliverables:

1. Timely material replenishment with optimized stock coverage and health across upstream and downstream flows.
2. PR to PO automation compliance and accurate PO acknowledgements, ASN entries, and invoice reconciliation.
3. Reduction in stock discrepancies, backorders, and shortages through effective root cause analysis and actions.
4. Supplier performance tracking and continuous improvement in MRP and logistics coordination.
