We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Transaction Advisory team, specializing in Project Finance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive financial and strategic advice to clients involved in complex project finance transactions across various sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of project finance structures, financial modeling, due diligence processes, and strong client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project finance transaction advisory engagements from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough financial, commercial, and operational due diligence for project finance transactions, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Develop, review, and critically assess complex financial models for project valuations, feasibility studies, financial projections, and scenario analysis.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on project structuring, financing options, risk mitigation, and deal execution strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables that clearly articulate findings, recommendations, and strategic insights.
• Manage project teams, providing effective leadership, guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to junior staff members.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to practice development.
• Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions relevant to project finance, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
• Assist in the development of proposals and pitches for new engagements, demonstrating expertise and value proposition to prospective clients.
