Monitor progress of agents on a continuous basis
Update training material
Ensure that the agents get updated and continuous information on MLI products Facilitate self- development of agents | MEASURE OF SUCCESS:

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEa. Graduate in any discipline b. At least 2-3 years in sales and 3-4 years in conducting sales training, life insurance domain would be a plus | ||||||||||||||||||||||
