Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, and administration of total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition strategies.
  • Develop and implement competitive salary structures and pay frameworks aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Manage annual salary review processes, bonus programs, and incentive plans ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Partner with HR business partners and leadership to drive effective communication and adoption of total rewards initiatives.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyze total rewards data to provide insights, support decision-making, and identify opportunities for program enhancements.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in compensation and benefits processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global reward programs and ensure consistency across regions.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to benefits administration and reward platforms.
