As a Manager, Delivery Management, you will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-platform technical programs. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure strategic alignment, technical rigor, and successful outcomes. This is a critical rolewithin our organization, responsible for enabling collaboration across multiple technology and product platforms.

Note:Having a certification in Salesforce will be considered a strong advantage and added bonus for this role.


Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Execution:

  • Define, plan, and drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs aligned with strategic goals and product roadmaps.
  • Develop multi-quarter program plans, roadmaps, success metrics, and schedules in collaboration with Engineering, Product, Design, and Business stakeholders.
  • Own the overall delivery lifecycle, including scope definition, resource planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage multiple concurrent programs, prioritizing based on business impact and organizational capacity.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership with clarity and precision.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact across engineering, product, security, compliance, and business units.
  • Regularly report program status, key metrics, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through structured updates, steering committees, and decision-making forums.

Risk & Dependency Management:

  • Identify, document, and actively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Partner closely with engineering product and dependency partnersto drive resolution and ensure cross-platform delivery success.
  • Ensure contingency planning and proactive risk mitigation across teams.

Process Optimization & Governance:

  • Champion Agile best practices and adapt methodologies to suit program scale and complexity.
  • Implement and refine program management frameworks, tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and governance structures.
  • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across TPM and engineering teams.

Leadership & Influence:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and product leadership.
  • Mentor junior TPMs and strengthen the TPM function within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and technical excellence.

Technical Acumen:

  • Understand system architecture, integrations, and scalability considerations to effectively engage with technical teams.
  • Facilitate discussions to ensure programs align with sound engineering and platform strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
  • 9+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or technical product management roles.
  • Proven success driving complex, cross-functional programs from conception to delivery in enterprise or large-scale tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, or enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP)is a strong plus.
  • Salesforce certificationis a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
