HCL DX Admin

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining HCL Digital Experience servers and environments.
• Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary optimizations.
• Managing user access, security settings, and authentication protocols.
• Supporting upgrades, patches, and migrations of HCL DX environments.
• Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to support application deployments and integrations.
• Performing regular backups, disaster recovery tests, and ensuring data integrity.
• Managing content and workflow configurations within the HCL DX platform.
• Providing technical support, documentation, and training related to HCL DX.

The Experience You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in administering HCL Digital Experience (WebSphere Portal or related platforms).
• Strong knowledge of HCL DX architecture, components, and best practices.
• Proficiency in server administration (Linux, Windows) and web technologies (Java, JSP, XML).
• Experience with database management (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) and middleware technologies.
• Understanding of web security concepts, authentication mechanisms, and SSL configurations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
