Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future talent needs.
Manage performance appraisal systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Provide strategic HR support to drive organizational growth and employee development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Talent Manager should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employee engagement, preferably within the FMCG or Beverages & Alcohol sectors.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to implement performance management systems effectively.
Proficiency in HR software and data analytics to track and improve HR metrics.
