Job Description

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates within the FMCG industry.
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future talent needs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred workplace in the Beverages & Alcohol sector.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
  • Provide strategic HR support to drive organizational growth and employee development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Talent Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employee engagement, preferably within the FMCG or Beverages & Alcohol sectors.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to implement performance management systems effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics to track and improve HR metrics.
