PURPOSE:

The Manager – Talent Management will support the design, execution, and ongoing management of key talent management processes across the organization. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality outcomes across performance management, talent reviews, leadership development programs, and succession planning, in close partnership with HRBPs and business stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but not limited to):

1) Talent Processes

  • Execute the end-to-end Talent management cycle, including timelines, system readiness, communications, and stakeholder support.
  • Support talent identification, potential assessment, and calibration processes across levels.
  • Ensure accuracy, discipline, and follow-through on talent data and action plans.

2) Performance Management

  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
  • Work closely with CHROs to execute the end-to-end performance management cycle
  • Ensure accuracy, discipline, and follow-through on Performance Management governance and action plans.

3) Talent Reviews & Succession Planning

  • Coordinate and support annual and mid-year talent reviews with business leaders.
  • Maintain succession plans for critical roles and track development actions.
  • Prepare talent profiles, readiness assessments, and leadership review materials.

4) Leadership Development Programs

  • Develop and implement talent development programs, including leadership development.
  • Support the planning and delivery of leadership development and capability-building programs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, faculty, and internal stakeholders for program execution.
  • Track participation, feedback, and effectiveness of learning interventions.

5) Talent Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare dashboards and reports on performance, potential, succession, and leadership pipelines.
  • Provide insights to HR and business leaders to support talent decisions.
  • Maintain high-quality talent data in HR systems.

6) Stakeholder Support & Enablement

  • Partner with HRBPs to support leaders with performance and talent conversations.
  • Respond to business queries related to talent programs, processes, and timelines.
  • Support change management and communication efforts for talent initiatives.
