Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding to ensure timely hiring.
Execute core HR operations such as employee lifecycle management, documentation, and HRMS updates with high accuracy.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management efficiently.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and handle grievances resolution.
Maintain and update HR databases, reports, and MIS for effective decision-making.
Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback cycles.
