Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Description:

10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure working in any shared service/GCC/GBS environment.

Must have experience in managing a team, including mentoring and driving team performance.

Experience in high-volume hiring, workforce ramp-ups, and campus hiring.

Strong knowledge of complete employee lifecycle management, workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and recruitment analytics.

Proven ability to improve hiring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Experience working with senior stakeholders & global stakeholders across different geographies.

Strong skills in people management, business partnering, vendor management, and recruitment project execution.

Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.) , including Workday.

Postgraduate qualification in HR, such as MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
