Job Title: Manager - TA
Location: Mumbai (Nesco - Goregaon)
Job Purpose:
To execute and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for shared services functions with a primary focus on Finance and additionally on HR, Supply management, command center and other Service Delivery roles. The role supports workforce fulfilment at junior to mid-levels, partnering closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hiring. The incumbent is responsible for delivering to SLAs, driving process compliance, improving candidate experience, and contributing to sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
