What would you be doing here

  • Maintain an ongoing, consultative dialogue with Function Heads, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs to stay aligned with business objectives and how Talent Acquisition can drive their success.
  • Ask the right, probing questions to help hiring managers clearly define the skill sets, competencies, and profiles needed for their teams.
  • Own the hiring lifecycle end-to-end, from the first touchpoint with a candidate to their successful onboarding.
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through campus hiring, job fairs, referrals, and active applicants, while leveraging your own strong network of high-performing professionals.
  • Continuously adopt and experiment with new-age recruitment technologysourcing platforms, industry-leading tools, and advanced ATS featuresto work smarter and at scale.
  • Use data rigorously to track funnel metrics, assess current effectiveness, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strong brand ambassador for DailyRounds/Marrow and inspire others to represent the organization in the talent market.
  • Think and plan (at least a quarter in advance) to proactively meet projected talent needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of TA professionals towards common goals and shared success.

What are we looking for

  • 812 years of Talent Acquisition experience in mature startups, spanning campus recruiting, lateral hiring (both niche and volume), and progression into senior/leadership hiring.
  • Strong interviewing and sourcing capability to identify best-fit candidates by balancing the JD, culture, and specific team/role dynamics.
  • A robust campus network and demonstrated success in bringing high-caliber early-career talent into the organization.
  • Solid negotiation skills to close offers effectively and manage vendor relationships to mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • High empathy for stakeholders, with a problem-solving mindset to understand and address their pain points.
  • Strong technical comfort with recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, sourcing platforms, and productivity tools) to drive efficiency and scale.
  • A hustler mindset and gogetter attitude, ensuring the organization's hiring needs are met with high quality and within agreed timelines.
