Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across multiple functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, networking, and headhunting.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles based on technical requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and workforce plans.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for critical skills and upcoming requirements.
- Negotiate offers and ensure timely closures.
- Track hiring metrics and provide recruitment reports regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency and inhouse /corporate Hiring).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and current market trends.
- Proven experience in hiring for niche and senior-level tech positions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS tools and professional networking platforms.
