Role : Manager - Sustainability
Role & Responsibilities-
Support the development and execution of sustainability initiatives across key focus areas aligned with organizational goals.
Drive on-ground implementation of sustainability projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Ensure timely delivery of initiatives by tracking defined milestones and measurable KPIs.
Partner with business functions to integrate sustainability practices into day-to-day operations.
Identify opportunities and support pilot projects and sustainability interventions linked to business and impact metrics.
Coordinate with NGOs, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure effective program execution.
Engage with ecosystem stakeholders, including think tanks, industry bodies, and local partners, to strengthen program outreach and impact.
Ensure alignment between internal and external stakeholders on program objectives, progress, and outcomes.
Support data collection, monitoring, and reporting requirements for sustainability initiatives.
Conduct research on sustainability trends, benchmarks, and best practices relevant to the business.
Identify and evaluate innovative solutions and partnerships to enhance program effectiveness and long-term impact.
