About Operations Team
The Operations team is a high-impact vertical within Kamakhya Analytics. As the engine of every project, the Ops team orchestrates collaboration between strategy, research, analytics, and field agents to ensure seamless execution. By maintaining rigorous quality control and end-to-end ownership, they transform complex plans into actionable results.
Operations Team will:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale field projects across political, policy, and social-sector domains.
- Oversee primary data collection processes, including CAPI/IDI/FGD surveys, field recruitment, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with the field teams for flawless on-ground execution
- Translate complex research designs into robust field-work plans and logistics frameworks.

About The Role
Strategic Coordination & Quality Control
- Work closely with the Operations team to validate sampling strategies and project flow before field deployment.
- Implement rigorous quality control protocols, including real-time monitoring, back-checks, and audio-audit verification.
- Act as the primary bridge between on-ground field teams and the central analytics vertical to ensure data is clean and reproducible.
Project Ownership & Stakeholder Management
- Own the project lifecycle from resource onboarding to final data delivery.
- Monitor daily field progress, troubleshoot on-ground challenges, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and field agencies to ensure alignment with Kamakhya's standards.
Team & Practice Development
- Provide guidance and training to coordinators, field TLs, and agents on operational best practices.
- Contribute to building the Operations vertical's identity through process optimization and methodological excellence.
You will work directly with the Head of Operations, acting as their primary pillar of support, ensuring that Envisioned plans and strategies are executed on the ground.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in Primary research, Secondary research, Marketing Research, Operations Management, Field Management, or Project Management within the research or consulting industry.
- Proven ability to manage multi-state, large-scale field operations end-to-end.
- Experience in social, political, or citizen-centric fieldwork is a significant advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to structure complex logistics meaningfully.
- Ability to work in high-ownership roles with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in English, Punjabi, and Hindi to support multi-state coordination.
- Excellent communication skills for managing both internal stakeholders and external field teams.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Public Policy, or an BBA/MBA in Supply Chain/Logistics and Operations Management and Marketing.
