To lead, manage and develop Quality Culture among the Organization by practicing Integrated Management system (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001 & ISO 45000)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and programs for supplier materials & required certificates of material like Mechanical & Chemical Properties, Dimensional inspection reports, Homologation, TAC, COP etc.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with supplier for quality inspection of Vehicles(Trucks/buses.)
- Ensure PDI inspection of Vehicles (Trucks/ buses) before delivery.
- Ensure Electrical inspection of Vehicles (Trucks/ buses).
- Ensure Vehicles (Trucks/buses) shower testing, Road testing, Electrical testing, End of line testing, Safety testing.
- Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conducting Supplier assessment quarterly for key suppliers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. (CAPA)
- Good knowledge of 8D problem solving tool.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate supplier qualification and approval his processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for defective product & materials.
- Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers on quality-related matters.
- Familiarity with statutory & regulatory requirements and standards used in automotive mfg. segment.
- Advanced understanding of quality assurance methodologies and practices.
- Monitor and report on supplier quality performance and key performance indicators. Lead manufacturing of subcontracted vehicles quality & purchase material.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
- Supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives at supplier end.
- Maintain and update supplier quality documentation and records.
Qualification:
- B.E./ B Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical.
- Preferred QMS Certification
Experience :
- 1012 Years OEM Exp in Supplier quality Department.
- Experience with quality management systems such as IMS(ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001 & IATF 16949:2016)
Skills:
Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Manufacturing processes and related quality standards used in automotive segment.
