Inventory Replenishment
- Is able to describe and calculate the Need / Resource Balance and use the Replenishment systems in order to manage the inventory.
- Knows how and when to use the different replenishment strategies (MRP, ROP, Kanban, etc).
- Is able to define, monitor and take actions on exception messages from the ERP.
- Is able to acknowledge and understand customer demand (forecast),to describe inventory parameters and lead time impact, and to describe the resources needs (capacity, people, components).
- Is autonomous in the use of the tools supporting the processes (SAP / Oracle / One MM / Tableau/Microsoft Excel).
- Is able to prepare complete tracking file (Part reference, required qty, OQH , PO status , ETA/ETD)

Demand Planning
- Has a general knowledge of the processes, organization tools used in Demand Planning in Schneider Electric.
- Is able to describe the purposes and process of Demand Planning, including statistical forecasting, collaborative sales forecasting, demand shaping and co-planning with customers.
- Understands how Demand Planning interacts within the end-to-end SIOP processes and what is the impact of a poor or missing forecast.
Supply Chain Planning and design for OCP
- Is able to navigate and search in the OCP portal.
- Understands the mission and deliverables of Supply Chain Design and Planning.
- Has a working knowledge of customers and their expectations (channel, segment, personas).
Inventory Supply Planning
- Is able to describe end-to-end network (bill of distribution in Kinaxis or other) and main stakeholders.
- Is able to define the stocking policy based on customer needs, replenishment methods and the cost to deliver on the distribution network (including transportation mode definition).
- On a 0-15 months time horizon, is able:
- To acknowledge and commit to customer demand.
- To setup inventory parameters and lead time, Ables to set up and update autonomously the safety stock parameters and their impacts for production and suppliers.
