Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the plants Master Production Schedule (forecast workload/capacity, suppliers forecast )
  • Manage the flow of raw materials and the sub-assemblies from suppliers to the workshop, the flow of the
  • plants finished goods from the workshop to the customers

Key Responsibilities

  • In charge of planning for Production line (1 to 3) & schedules, in respecting order milestones, adjusting resources face to
  • unforeseen events, in optimizing the WIP.
  • Ensures the update of key parameters of supply and stock management.
  • Plans, schedules and prioritizes the resources to execute Customer Projects in the production.
  • Data analysis for process optimisation & improvements
  • Efficient use of the SAP ERP for triggering production orders systematically

Main Activities

  • Schedules in detail the different tasks of the manufacturing line. Collaborate with Project manager for data sanity in OB & execution
  • Apply & conduct the Healthy Production Start
  • Assign the resources to adjust the capacity and smooth the load
  • Balances global workload weekly and allows some changes during the week for order release
  • Participates to planning SIM and complete the load/capacity excel sheet
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Understanding of SIOP cycle
