Manager - Strategy & Operations

We are seeking a high-performing ManagerStrategy & Operations with a strong corporate background and hands-on startup experience to support company growth, strengthen operational systems, and drive strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role for professionals who enjoy building companies, scaling operations, and working closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and translate organizational goals into actionable operational plans

Support company growth and scale-up initiatives across multiple verticals

Establish and streamline operational systems, governance frameworks, and reporting structures

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including MSME and startup frameworks

Manage and coordinate activities related to GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and related processes

Drive marketing and business development initiatives, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement

Support cross-functional teams in execution, process improvement, and performance monitoring

Work closely with leadership on expansion strategies and organizational development

Candidate Profile

35 years of experience in strategy, operations, or management roles in corporate/startup environments

Demonstrated experience in growing or scaling an organization or business unit

Strong understanding of legal compliances, MSME/startup ecosystems, and GeM operations

Exposure to multi-vertical business environments

Experience in marketing and business development is highly desirable

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
