Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Strategy Consultant
We are seeking a highly driven and intellectually sharp Strategy Consultant to serve as a trusted partner to senior executive leaders. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data-driven insight, and executive communication. The ideal candidate will have a consulting pedigree, a strong command of data visualization and storytelling, and the ability to operate seamlessly in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This is a high-visibility role that directly influences strategic decisions at the most senior levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
1.Presentation Design & Development
. Build PowerPoint presentations for executives, board meetings, and client pitches
. Convert complex data into visually compelling slides and infographics
. Maintain brand consistency and corporate templates
2.Data Visualization
. Create charts, graphs, and dashboards in PowerPoint
. Present financial, operational, or strategic data clearly
. Ensure accuracy and visual clarity of data
3.Storytelling & Content Structuring
. Organize information into a logical narrative flow
. Recommend slide layouts, visuals, and graphics to enhance communication
. Support consulting or sales teams in crafting persuasive messages
4.Collaboration & Review
. Work closely with consultants, marketing teams, or business analysts
. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining slide quality
. Assist in presentation rehearsals for executives
5.Template & Asset Management
. Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates, icons, and visual assets
. Standardize slide designs for reuse across teams

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
.MBA from a premier institution strongly preferred Bachelor%27s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field required.
.Good years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a business excellence function.
.Demonstrated expertise in developing executive-level presentations and strategy documents advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.
.Strong command of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, build business cases, and derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
.Outstanding communication and storytelling skills - ability to present confidently to senior leadership and clients.
.Proven track record in a client-facing role ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
.Aerospace or industrial sector experience is a must.

Preferred qualifications
.Prior experience working directly with C-suite or VP-level leaders in a strategic capacity or chief-of-staff type role.
.Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or engineering-intensive industries.
.Proactive problem-solving mindset with intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly get up to speed on diverse business domains.
.Strong follow-through, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity in a high-performance environment.
.Collaborative leadership style with a focus on enabling others and driving organizational impact
