Job Description

  • Identify, assess, and execute new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive regional growth.
  • Conduct detailed market research, competitive benchmarking, and align India's strategy with global priorities.
  • Lead the full M&A lifecycle including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, and postmerger integration.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives across multiple business units and ensure seamless implementation of new projects.
  • Build financial models, evaluate risks, and support commercial, legal, and operational diligence efforts.
  • Manage strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or strategic partnerships within medical devices, dental healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong exposure to M&A transactions, financial analysis, and strategic project execution.
  • MBA preferred (top Indian or global business schools) / Consulting experience from top tier management consulting firms
  • Strong communication, analytical ability, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
  • Agile, selfdriven, customercentric professional comfortable working in a fastevolving, innovation-led environment.
