Role Overview

This is not a transactional alliance's role.

As Alliance Manager Strategic Partnerships, you will help build, scale, and institutionalize Novel Patterns partner ecosystem, with a strong focus on:

  • Channel sales partnerships
  • Strategic collaboration with Big 4 and top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, EY, PwC, etc.)

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to create repeatable partner-led revenue motions, co-sell frameworks, and joint GTM initiatives across India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alliances & Consulting Partnerships

  • Build and manage deep relationships with Big 4 and global consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, EY, PwC, etc.)
  • Position Novel Patterns products within consulting-led transformation programs for banks, NBFCs, and investment firms
  • Drive joint solutioning, account mapping, and co-selling motions with consulting partners

Channel & Partner Sales

  • Identify, onboard, and scale channel partners, SIs, and ecosystem players
  • Design partner programs, incentive structures, and enablement frameworks
  • Support partner-led deal origination and closure in collaboration with Sales teams

GTM & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Product to align partner offerings with market needs
  • Develop joint GTM plans, partner pitch decks, and solution narratives
  • Act as the internal voice of partners and the external face of Novel Patterns in the ecosystem

Performance & Governance

  • Track partner-sourced pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue contribution
  • Establish governance models, review cadences, and success metrics for alliances
  • Continuously refine partnership strategy based on outcomes and feedback

Qualifications & Experience

  • 57 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, channel sales, or ecosystem roles
  • Prior experience working with or within Big 4 / top-tier consulting firms is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of BFSI, fintech, or enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Proven experience in partner-led deal structuring and co-selling
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders across consulting firms and enterprise clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
