- Sales & Business Development of OTR / Farm Tires
- Dealer Development in the assigned region.
- Achieve product wise, territory wise sales targets by focusing on the whole range of Products, Sales, Logistics and demand planning.
- Achieving given targets for the month, quarters and annual.
- Conducting ad campaigns, Dealer Meets / Mechanical Meets etc.

- Product wise targets for the year - Tipper / Tires for Construction business / RFT/ TT
- Dealer development and their retention
- Collection of more than 80% outstanding
- Secondary market tracking and follow-up
Educational Qualification
Skills & Knowledge
Mandatory :
Preferred : MBA in Marketing
- Good Analytical Skills and problem solving skills.
- Detail Oriented, should have the ability to get into the nitty-gritty of the issues
- Ethical, require strong value systems and act as a role model for team members to emulate.
- Team player.
Work Experience
Competencies
- 8-10 Years of Experience.
- Experience in Tire (Farm/OTR) industry is must.
