Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
