• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• As a Manager/Senior Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
