Lead the planning and coordination of the Home & Distribution vertical, driving overall business development, sales activities, and strategic initiatives for project-based business within the assigned geography.

Build and maintain strong networks with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors to secure product approvals and inclusion in tender specifications for both private and government projects.
Develop sales plans, assign area-specific targets for project business, ensure adequate sales coverage, and manage opportunities effectively.
Implement efficient sales processes for project business and communicate the company's value proposition to customers.
Provide market intelligence on project trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to the Product Management team and Business Head.
