Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and coordination of the Home & Distribution vertical, driving overall business development, sales activities, and strategic initiatives for project-based business within the assigned geography.
  • Identify project segments and develop engagement plans for all stakeholdersincluding key accountsto maximize project business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors to secure product approvals and inclusion in tender specifications for both private and government projects.
  • Develop sales plans, assign area-specific targets for project business, ensure adequate sales coverage, and manage opportunities effectively.
  • Implement efficient sales processes for project business and communicate the company's value proposition to customers.
  • Provide market intelligence on project trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to the Product Management team and Business Head.
