Lead and Manage the Quality Team
- Oversee a team of 2530 quality professionals.
- Provide guidance and training to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Maintain and Improve Management Systems
- Maintain and enhance integrated management systems, including ISO 9001 and BRCGS for Packaging.
- Ensure compliance and readiness for all audits.
- Documentation, implementation, and maintenance of ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949-2016, and EHS 14001 systems.
Ensure Product Quality
- Implement robust quality control processes from raw material inspection to final product release.
- Ensure products meet strict specifications for FMCG, Food & Beverage, EMS, and Pharma customers.
- Knowledge of secondary operations such as wadding, sleeving, and printing is advantageous.
- Verify daily quality reports and testing records.
