Manager/Sr Manager - Medical Coding

Role Responsibilities

1. Manage coding team operations to meet production and quality SLAs
2. Coordinate client training, issue resolution, and performance planning
3. Prepare reports and drive team performance through KPIs and feedback
4. Ensure adherence to HIPAA, ISO, and internal compliance standards

Key Deliverables

1. Execute daily planning and resource allocation based on team availability
2. Handle client escalations and represent coding team in status reviews
3. Improve process efficiency with best practices and team engagement
4. Track capacity vs. workload and optimize resource utilization
