Role & Responsibilities
Investor Communication
- Serve as the key interface between the company and investors, analysts, rating agencies, and financial institutions
- Manage earnings calls, investor presentations, analyst interactions, and roadshows
- Prepare quarterly and annual investor presentations, factsheets, and financial updates
- Respond to investor and analyst queries with accurate financial and operational insights
Financial Analysis & Valuation
- Develop and maintain financial models including DCF and project finance models
- Support fundraising initiatives, strategic transactions, and business evaluations
- Analyse infrastructure/EPC projects from an investment and cash flow perspective, including IRR and risk analysis
Planning & MIS
- Support annual budgeting, financial planning, and long-term forecasting
- Prepare management dashboards and MIS reports covering financial performance, order book, margins, and key KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial numbers and business narrative
Market Intelligence
- Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and peer performance in the infrastructure sector
- Conduct benchmarking analysis and provide insights for investor communication and strategy discussions
