Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
  • Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits in coordination with auditors
  • Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations including GST, TDS, and Income Tax
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure financial stability
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports, cost reports, and variance analysis for management
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding, LC, BG, and other financial instruments
  • Review and manage payroll processing, vendor payments, and receivables
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger, fixed assets, and inventory records
  • Drive process improvements and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
