Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to oversee the successful execution of industrial projects. You will be responsible for the technical integrity of the project while ensuring that all activities align with the defined scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering design and project management, ensuring safety and quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance: Lead the management of project schedule, scope, and budget to ensure timely delivery without cost overruns.
Financial Oversight: Implement strict cost control measures and monitor expenditures against the project baseline.
Risk & Quality: Develop and maintain Risk Management plans to identify potential bottlenecks. Ensure all deliverables meet Quality Assurance standards and client specifications.
Safety Leadership: Ensure 100% EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) compliance on-site and during the design phase.
Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive Project Reporting, including progress updates, resource utilization, and milestone tracking to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact between vendors, interdisciplinary engineering teams, and the client.

Mandatory Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical preferred).
Experience: 5+years of experience in project engineering within the EPC, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with CAD software.
Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional team coordination.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
