Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager Corporate Relations
Organization: GLA University, Greater Noida Campus
Key Responsibilities: -
- Plan and manage campus recruitment and placement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Coordinate with academic departments to identify student placement readiness.
- Organize training programs on aptitude, technical skills, soft skills, and interview preparation.
- Maintain and update student placement data and company records.
- Arrange pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes.
- Guide and counsel students on career options and job readiness.
- Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies during placement activities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in training, placement, HR, or corporate relations is desirable.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and placement management tools.
Experience
- 35 years of relevant experience in training and placement, HR, or recruitment (preferred).
