Job Description

Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager Corporate Relations

Organization: GLA University, Greater Noida Campus

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Plan and manage campus recruitment and placement activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to identify student placement readiness.
  • Organize training programs on aptitude, technical skills, soft skills, and interview preparation.
  • Maintain and update student placement data and company records.
  • Arrange pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Guide and counsel students on career options and job readiness.
  • Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies during placement activities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in training, placement, HR, or corporate relations is desirable.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and placement management tools.

Experience

  • 35 years of relevant experience in training and placement, HR, or recruitment (preferred).
