Role Description :-

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager - Solutions & Digital Transformation, based in Udaipur. The role involves analyzing client needs, leading consulting initiatives, managing projects, and providing solutions for digital transformation using automation, RPA/IPA, and ML/NLP technologies.

The Manager will collaborate across teams to develop and implement best-fit strategies that align with customer goals and assist in scaling operations. Additionally, responsibilities include contributing to pre-sales activities and driving sales efforts to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications :-

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate client needs and identify opportunities for digital transformation

Expertise in Consulting and Project Management to design, implement, and oversee successful initiatives

Experience in Sales and Pre-sales to develop business opportunities and create tailored solutions

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

Knowledge of RPA/IPA automation, data analytics, and business intelligence is an added advantage

3+ years managing large-scale annotation projects using tools like Labelbox, CVAT OR Super Annotate, etc

Proven experience delivering projects in 2D/3D Lane Marking, Object Detection, or Semantic Segmentation.

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Core Responsibilities :-

Strategic Client Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients. Translate complex

technical data requirements into clear, value-driven business language.

Proposal & Solution Design: Lead the drafting of comprehensive Business Proposals, Statements of Work

(SOWs), and RFPs. You must be able to scope technical efforts for AI/ML and Automation projects accurately.

AI/ML Project Orchestration: Oversee end-to-end data projects including 2D/3D Computer Vision (Lane

Marking), Content Moderation, and AI/ML model training.

Hands-on administration of labeling platforms such as Labelbox, CVAT, Dataloop, or SuperAnnotate.

Design and deploy scalable automation using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power

Automate.

Spearheading Projectsmanaging timelines, budgets, and resource allocation from kick-off to final delivery.
