Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager with 10 years of experience in .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server to lead and manage a team of software engineers. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers
- Oversee design, development, and delivery of applications using .NET, ASP.NET, .Net Core and SQL Server
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, security, and performance best practices
- Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support team growth through coaching, feedback, and performance management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server
- Proven experience in technical leadership / people management
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and OOP concepts
- Experience with REST APIs and database optimization
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GCP/AWS cloud platforms
- Experience managing enterprise or large-scale systems
