Job Description

Manager - Social Media

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team by strengthening employer branding, talent attraction, and candidate engagement across digital platforms. This role will be responsible for creating compelling recruitment marketing campaigns, managing employer brand presence, promoting job opportunities, and generating talent pipelines through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the organization's employer brand.
• Create engaging content showcasing company culture, employee stories, career growth opportunities, and workplace initiatives.
• Partner with HR, TA, Marketing, and business leaders to develop talent-focused campaigns.

Recruitment Marketing

• Design and run recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Promote priority hiring initiatives, walk-ins, referral programs, campus drives, and leadership hiring campaigns.
• Support diversity hiring and niche talent attraction programs through targeted digital campaigns.

Content Creation & Management

• Create social media calendars and content plans aligned with hiring priorities.
• Develop graphics, videos, employee testimonials, hiring announcements, and success stories.
• Ensure brand consistency across all recruitment-related communications.

Talent Engagement

• Build and nurture online talent communities.
• Engage with potential candidates through social media platforms and professional networks.
• Monitor candidate sentiment and respond to employer brand-related queries.

Analytics & Insights

• Track campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversion to applications.
• Generate monthly reports and recommendations to improve employer branding effectiveness.
• Use data insights to optimize content and advertising strategies.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create targeted campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to align messaging.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Journalism, or related field.
• 3u20136 years of experience in social media management, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing LinkedIn Talent Brand initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Strong content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics platforms and campaign tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR teams.
• Understanding of candidate journeys and recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of employer branding best practices and talent market trends.
• Video editing and campaign management experience.
