Manager Social Media

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-awareSocial Media Managerto own our social media presence on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content, fostering interaction, and analysing performance to grow our awareness. You are the ideal candidate if you know how to blend professional B2B storytelling on LinkedIn with creative, visually driven content on Instagram and YouTube.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media enthusiast located at Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Curation Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Blog sites

  • Develop, create, and schedule daily/weekly content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, and LinkedIn articles) that aligns with our brand voice.
  • LinkedIn experience is a must and shuld be well versed with B2B engagements, posts, community building via LinkedIn.
  • Shoot and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels) using mobile tools.
  • Write compelling, platform-appropriate captionscaptivating and aesthetic for Instagram, professional and thought-leadership-driven for LinkedIn.
  • Maintain the insights and case studies section our corporate website to drive traffic from the platforms.

2. Social Media Management & Strategy

  • Maintain a detailed content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Monitor industry trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes on both platforms to keep our content relevant.
  • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan sponsored / paid campaigns for specific events / cases / campaigns / stories.
  • Drive cross platform traffic and encourage comments, reactions to drive the algorithm preference.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth) and prepare monthly reports to analyse which content types perform best and provide insights for future strategy optimization.
  • Generate campaign performance reports for every campaign that runs on our media network. Each of these is shared with the advertisers and can also be used for generating unique and relevant case studies to be posted.
  • Create relevant long format and short format posts / blogs based on network performance and case studies.

4. Collaboration & Growth

  • Coordinate with the studio, sales teams and the management for high-quality, posts, case studies, campaign performance reports and profiling of our business and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts on LinkedIn.
  • Tag / Comment / Reach on influencer and User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 4 years of experience in social media management or a similar role on agency or business side.
  • Proven experience in managing Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube for a B2B Business.
  • Definitive experience in managing and running campaigns on LinkedIn. This is a must.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adjust tone between B2C (Instagram) and B2B (LinkedIn).
  • Excellent content (text, pictorial and video) creation skills to enable Reels, Posts and blogs.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, LinkedIn algorithm trends and YouTube platform and channel management to drive cross platform traffic.
  • Analytical mindset to understand metrics and improve results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
