Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.)
Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, stories, and written posts
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to refine strategies and improve ROI
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and integrate them into the content strategy
Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels
Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement, such as partnerships and collaborations
Oversee social media and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Ability to think outside the box and come up with engaging and fresh content ideas
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external teams effectively
Ability to stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape
Strong collaboration skills, while also being comfortable working independently
Precision in content creation and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency with detail orientation
Understanding of personal finance advisory space
