Job Description

Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals
Manage and grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
Create, curate, plan and oversee engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, and more)
Track performance through analytics, optimizing content based on insights
Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns
Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community-building activities
Stay updated on movements in the Finance industry and track the same from a marketing and content perspective
A genuine love for content creation from brainstorming ideas to bringing them to life through visuals, copy, and storytelling.
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Experience with social media analytics and tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Creative thinker with strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to learn, ask questions and suggest solutions
Ability and willingness to deep dive into the world of Finance
Brownie points for someone from the Finance background or has worked on financial brands.
Strong collaboration skills, while also being comfortable working independently
Precision in content creation and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency with detail orientation
Understanding of personal finance advisory space
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external teams effectively
