Manager with extensive experience in leading and managing Skill India programs for students across Pan India locations.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager Skill India Programs to take overall responsibility for planning, executing, and managing Skill India initiatives for students across Pan India locations. The role involves leading program teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth and compliant execution of all Skill Indiarelated programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in skill development, vocational training programs, team leadership, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
*Own end-to-end management of Skill India programs for students, from planning to execution.
*Lead, guide, and mentor team members and regional coordinators to ensure program success.
*Ensure smooth operational flow of all Skill India initiatives across multiple locations.
*Coordinate with training partners, academic institutions, government bodies, and internal teams.
*Monitor program performance, targets, and timelines to ensure adherence to Skill India / NSDC guidelines.
*Oversee student onboarding, training delivery, assessments, certifications, and placements (where applicable).
*Prepare and review MIS reports, compliance documentation, and audits.
*Identify process improvements to enhance program efficiency and student outcomes.
*Handle issue resolution, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
*520 years of experience in Skill Development / Vocational Training / Education Programs.
*Strong exposure to Skill India, NSDC, PMKVY, or similar government skill initiatives.
*Proven people management and team leadership experience.
*Excellent program management and operational coordination skills.
*Ability to manage Pan India operations and multi-location teams.
*Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Good to Have:
*Experience working with government-funded skill programs.
*Exposure to student training, certification, and placement processes.
*Knowledge of compliance, audits, and reporting related to skill development programs.
*Willingness to travel across locations as required.
