About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Security Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of security compliance standards, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment methodologies. You will support the sales team by providing technical expertise during discovery calls, conducting demos, scoping solutions, estimating efforts, and creating high-quality proposals that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Engagement:

Support the sales team during discovery, scoping, and technical qualification calls.

Deliver compelling product and service demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Own and manage the end-to-end proposal process including technical scoping and effort estimation.

Compliance & Testing Expertise:

Demonstrate strong knowledge of key security standards and frameworks such as:

PCI DSS, SSF, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, HIPAA, etc.

Provide consultative guidance on compliance and security testing services.

Understand and articulate services around Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment.

Solutioning & Estimation:

Analyze client requirements from RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

Map requirements to appropriate services and create accurate effort estimations.

Collaborate with delivery teams to validate feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

Proposal & Documentation:

Build tailored technical proposals with clear value propositions.

Shorten turnaround time on proposals with a deep understanding of standard offerings and delivery models.

Collaborate across solution lines to build combined service offerings when needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and other Solution Teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.

Take ownership of the pre-sales lifecycle for security and compliance offerings.

Functional Skills And Competencies:

Strong understanding of security frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, HIPAA, etc.)

Hands-on knowledge of penetration testing and vulnerability management methodologies

Experience in requirement analysis and effort estimation

Proven ability to create high-impact proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics

Consultative approach to guiding customers toward the right solutions

Collaborative mindset with ability to work across functional teams
