Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Delivery
- Drive sales targets, conversion, and ATV for the SIS
- Maximize productivity within limited retail space
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
2. Brand Representation & Visual Merchandising
- Ensure SIS reflects brand identity and VM guidelines at all times
- Maintain product display, signage, and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with VM teams for seasonal updates
3. Customer Experience
- Deliver premium and consistent customer service
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
- Drive repeat business and customer loyalty
4. Team Management
- Manage and supervise SIS staff / promoters
- Drive daily briefing, grooming, and performance tracking
- Ensure training on product knowledge and selling skills
5. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and stock rotation
- Ensure zero stock-outs on key SKUs
- Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage
6. Partner Store Coordination
- Build strong relationships with host store management
- Ensure smooth operations within partner store policies
- Coordinate on space allocation, promotions, and visibility
7. Reporting & Compliance
- Track daily/weekly performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to company policies, audits, and compliance norms
